CIAA Party Looks

The Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) has a big basketball tournament every year that takes place the last week of February, and for the past few years it has been in Charlotte, NC.  This tournament brings the hottest party promoters and celebrities to the city for a weekend of epic partying.  This is a time for all participators to see and be seen, so of course everyone has to have their dress game on point.  I decided to put together 4 outfit idea looks to get you through the weekend, as well as keep you warm.  Enjoy!
